This course will not be organised this academic year.


With a view to autonomous professional development, this course aims to prepare future teachers to analyse more systematically, alone or in groups, their work situations (the classroom itself situated within the school organisation) and to draw lessons from them for their teaching activities.

Content

Through shared reflexivity, participants will be encouraged to systematically describe real-life situations, to highlight the implicit theories underlying events and behaviour, to compare them with more standardised theories and to consider several possible ways of solving problems. Students will also be introduced to professional co-development techniques.


Teaching methods

Based on concrete situations recorded on video and reported orally, and based on shared reflexivity, the course will operate in the form of a practical training workshop leading to the theorisation of pedagogical situations for action, understanding and problem-solving.
