Learning outcomes

In relation to development, the promotion of human rights has sometimes been seen as an obstacle, sometimes as one of its essential dimensions, sometimes as one of its instruments and even as its main purpose. The course is therefore devoted to the analysis of the roles that human rights can play in the context of development policies.
