Présentation

Since my Master's degree in Physics and my PhD thesis in Sciences completed at the University of Namur, Belgium, I have studied the physical origins of visual effects developed by natural organisms.

Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher funded by the Belgian National Fund for Scientific Research (FRS-FNRS). I am carrying out my research at the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences of the University of Exeter, UK and the Department of Physics of the University of Namur, Belgium. I investigate the optical response of living organisms such as butterflies and beetles to ultraviolet light.

Beside my interest in scientific research, I also enjoy the contact with students through teaching or outreaching activities.
