Mathematical modelling of infectious diseases [SMATM224]

Learning outcomes

This lecture intends to present the basics of infectious disease epidemiology, mathématical modelling (compartmental models and IBM), machine learning process on real data, age-structured models and use of real contact data, statistical inference (MCMC, bootstrapping), ... The student whould be able to buikld and implement his own model.
