General knowledge of process development to favour collaboration with process engineers

Objectives

The course aims to highlight the area of fine chemistry and its constraints, as well as the numerous factors that are taken into consideration during the development of a new industrial process in this area.

Content

The diverse aspects of an industrial process at the scale of fine chemicals are reviewed and illustrated by numerous examples.
