Learning outcomes

The course is designed for masters students in exact sciences. It introduces students to the practices used in the industry, especially in the process industry.

Content

The first part of the course includes a discussion about the principal technical and economical characteristics in chemical and biotechnological industry, in regard to other types of industrial activities. The second part is devoted to development of principles of the methodology of chemical and biochemical extrapolation in a laboratory and on an industrial level.
