Become familiar with the role, skills and responsibilities of clinical project manager
Content
The course is structured around five main stages in research projects:
1/ Initiating
2/ Planning
3/ Executing
4/ Monitoring and controlling
5/ Analysis and reporting
Each lesson will address the different roles/skills/responsibilities of the Clinical Project Manager around these five key stages of clinical trial management.
Exercises description
The last session of the course will take the form of a Mind-Mapping exercise in which students will interact to develop a mind-map incorporating the roles, responsibilities and skills of a Clinical Project Manager.
An oral presentation/explanation of the mind-map will be organized.
Teaching methods
PowerPoint presentation will be used during classes - will be made available on Webcampus.
