Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to give a study about the role and the place of ethics in the process of social norms building.

Content

The course proposes a philosophical reflection about: -the link between ethics and several types of social norms especially the law. -human rights that constitute today a crucial assessment criterion. -contemporary science and techniques: ethical stakes and precaution principle.
