Learning outcomes

Students will sequentially develop various cross-functional skills essential for any organizational transformation project and will have the opportunity to practice applying them.

Objectives

The objective of this seminar is to provide the immersion or work-study student with a reflective space conducive to the management of their personal project. It aims to guide the immersion student through the various stages of designing and developing their project, with an emphasis on cross-functional skills.

Content

Four themes will be addressed:

  1. Collaborating with project partners.
  2. Problematizing and defining the key question.
  3. Collecting and developing a theoretical framework and applying it in a rigorous analysis/synthesis process.
  4. Communicating while adhering to academic or corporate conventions.

Additional training activities may be offered during the year based on identified/expressed needs.

Evaluations

  • Active participation in seminars and training activities.
  • Deliverables throughout the year (continuous assessment).
